Before starting the program I didn’t even know how many negative thoughts I washaving. The thought reframing really helped put me into a better mindset and helped mefeel positive about life in general. The support group was also helpful, it’s nice to feelheard. It helped me realize that I’m not alone at all. The affordability of the program wasalso one of the reasons I started it as I have avoided going to therapy in the pastbecause of the price. All in all it was a great experience.
Isabella Thompson
Vancouver, British Columbia
All the sessions were extremely helpful. Especially the one about grounding and mindfulness. It helped me realize there are so many techniques to stay calm. Before the session I would frequently find myself getting hyper and not being able to manage that but doing breath work and practicing mindfulness has really made that better. The support groups were also a new thing I tried and they were great. Listening to others helped put my problems into perspective.
